The lady that opened the door said they closed at 4pm & it was 445pm. Very unprofessional & unapologetic. We went to Vision Works for excellent service instead. Previously, had great experiences at this location so this was a disappointing experience.

The doctor was awesome as well. He explained the exam even showing pictures of my eyes and explaining how everything works. Most importantly there were no high pressure sales pitches or up sales. A very pleasant experience overall. I will be back for future exams.

They have beautiful frame options, incredibly friendly staff, and don’t forget that Doc is always a hoot!
