  I can’t remember the assistants name who performed the first part of my test but she was vey personable and knowledgeable. On the other hand, Dr Lu was not personable at all. He just started sticking me with a needle and never explained the procedure. If he is knowledgeable he never shared his thoughts with me. I won’t be going back to this office unless i can see a different doctor.

  The procedure is painful but the caring atmosphere is absolutely wonderful would recommend anyone in this area to use them

  From the initial encounter, the front desk staff are absolutely rude and have no patient care in interest. I finally get taken back to see doctor Lu to have a nerve study done. He completely dismissed my symptoms and rushed through the test. After the test, he didn’t say much stood up and sanitized his hands and left the room. I had to move all of the equipment off of me and assumed i was to leave. I was super confused because that has never happened to me. I go to check out (because that’s what I assumed I was supposed to do) and told the front desk about it and asked if I was missing something. Their response was “no you’re fine, he does this all the time. He’s just fast”. Not once did I hear the true conclusion of the testing or a simple bye have a good day. I will never be back.

  Not interested in getting to the root cause of migraine headaches. Our doctor did not listen to symptoms or problems. She just pushed pills and wrote prescriptions and got us out within 15 minutes. After the fifth different prescription she had given up and recommended Botox as a last resort. I would not recommend
