The first time I went here because my baby had an ingrown toenail, I really liked Dr. Brittany Staples. But the second time was the complete opposite with Dr. Jared Visser. He was very kind and explained things patiently, but I didn't like his work. I think it's unethical not to clean the area you're going to work on, either before or after. He didn't use a disinfectant on an area that was already infected, and the worst part is that he didn't cut the nail correctly, judging by the results I'm seeing. He cut it sideways, and the ingrown part behind it is still there on my 7-month-old baby's finger. I didn't feel like he used the right tools for this, and no, I'm not a doctor, but I get this on all my nails, and I know how it works. Besides, getting an appointment is super difficult, and I hope that next week Dr. Brittany Staples, who is wonderful, fixes this terrible job by her colleague. I hope the infection doesn't get worse because it looks awful. And I'll get even angrier than I already am, and this will be more than just a comment.

Dr. Visser and his associates were all very kind and helpful in treating my sister’s feet. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following week. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Staples was very kind and understanding, I am not a person who likes to have their feet messed with some sort of phobia that have and I haven’t seen anybody except for Dr. Duddy who is now retired so I was very worried about going in, but Dr. Staples made me feel very comfortable as well as the student that came in. I would definitely recommend her.

Had my first visit yesterday and I am set up to get the problem resolved by the end of the month! Great service.

I went in with a suspected ingrown toenail, which I had dealt with for quite some time. Dr. Staples confirmed the ingrown toenail, told me she could go ahead and remove it while I was there, and then, with my concurrence, did so. The only pain was a minor amount from the injections during the anesthetic process, none during the removal process, and a minor amount, relieved by tylenol, for a few hours afterward. By the next morning, it felt better than it had for some time. Made me wish I had done it sooner. Highly recommend Dr. Staples.
