I’ll admit, I was almost embarrassed to go back again, but every single time, the staff has been incredibly kind, pleasant, and reassuring. Today I was helped by Matthew, who immediately waved at me and made me feel welcome—not like I was a problem at all, which is how I was feeling when I walked in. He, along with the rest of the team, always takes great care of me and treats me with respect. This location consistently provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I happened to have time a few hours later and he had pulled the pair, labeled and waiting for me. The convenience was incredible. After trying the sample, I called back to order. He also assisted with that process. So friendly, competent and helpful. Such a great employee!!

She is very thorough, and seems to truly care about the health of my eyes, and my overall health, especially with my recent diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. Moreover, the optician, Kelly, was both friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated her attentiveness to my needs. She went the extra mile to provide excellent service. I have a very high prescription in my right eye, and with Kelly's knowledge and experience, I was able to select the right frames and type of lenses for my high prescription. Thank you both so much for everything!
