The staff were friendly and showed us around, but the facilities were quite worn down and the clientele was mostly a very old crowd. Which isn’t inherently a bad thing, but the vibes were dead. Absolutely no atmosphere at all. Once again, nice staff, but we are hesitating on joining because this place needs a re-vamp. Also, it’s strange that they keep your drivers licenses during the tour. We had to wait for them to be handed back.

When I asked about the cancellation policy, they responded with "no refunds within 2 weeks" but more importantly jumped to the conclusion that my daughter will not be attending the camp by adding "we will notify the administrator that your daughter will not be attending the camp"! We will make sure that we will attend this camp we paid for, but will never ever...I mean never ever...attend any YMCA camps or events.

My husband I enjoy the facility and the exercise classes are great for all levels. It’s a nice community where anyone can feel comfortable and welcomed.
