The care was outstanding in every way: compassionate, professional, well-trained staff, excellent supervision of staff, and excellent communication with family, and our mother LOVED her Home Instead caregivers--and they loved her. Never, ever was one shift missed by Home Instead--EVEN DURING COVID. 100% reliable. Home Instead Management staff members are a delight to work with and checked in regularly with our mother to evaluate her needs and make sure she was happy with the care she was receiving. The time finally came when our mother needed care beyond the scope of in-home care, but thanks to Home Instead, she was able to remain in her Independent Living 5 extra years, which she treasured. We are very grateful for Home Instead and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

Russell did a great job of caring for our employer and helping us have great family time together. We really appreciate his patience and help. Another caregiver Pat has the perfect touch with our employer as she uses humor to keep his spirits up. Pat always make sure he knows she is there to help him even when his temper flares. We really appreciate all of Home Instead's great caregivers. Kristi is a wonderful supervisor and responds quickly to our questions and requests.
