I have been wearing glasses for 50 years and this is the very first time, I felt like I was actually being heard. Optometrists and opthalmologists may be the professionals, but they can't make an accurate diagnosis without listening to the patient. As long as the service remains the same, I will be back again. Thank you very much. Oh, and I can see clearly.😁 Only four stars because there are no perfect humans.

I believe Vivian if glass ware side was very helpful. I was upgrading lenses on 3 glasses then adding a new pair of glasses and did not rush me through the process of deciding options. Plus offered discounts to help with cost. Great crew!
