  Very attentive, knowledgeable, and very good at educating you about the process! Jeni was wonderful to work with and she follows up to make sure you’re having progress to a pain free life. It is costly, but I could not put a price tag on having my life back and enjoying my walks and hikes again! By the way… their arch supports system works!

  I was helped by Jeni. She took an imprint of my feet, went back to the store room and came back with the things that would give me my life back. To be honest, I walked away from the purchase thinking I’d been foolish for paying all that money. It only took a few days to realize it was the smartest purchase I’d made in a very long time. I’m fairly strong and healthy for a woman my age (55) but I hadn’t felt as good as I should for years. It’s hard to put into words how foot pain can affect your self-esteem and general wellbeing. Suffice it to say, I feel better all over… not just in my feet. I don’t want to say how much they cost because, if you are dealing with severe plantar fasciitis, like I was, I don’t want to discourage you from coming in. They are HSA/FSA eligible and have interest free financing. They have a lifetime guarantee. So, you only have to pay once. TOTALLY worth every penny!

  My salesperson/new BFF Isaiah was absolutely amazing! He took time to walk me through how each insert works and it wasn't just about making the sale with him, he actually wanted me to get what I need from my purchase. I cannot say how pleased and thankful I am that I decided to go in that particular day just to "check it out" I ended making what is turning out to be one of the best purchase decisions ever! I am on my feet 10-12 a night, and I was suffering but since I started wearing my inserts I have felt a tremendous difference, and I love it! Thank you again, Isaiah for being who I needed , when I needed them that day!

  I initially went into the store thinking it was a shoe store and was shocked to not see any shelves on the walls filled with shoes. 😄My husband suggested we stay. I didn't see the point but I guess it was meant to be. Larkin sat me down and asked why I was there. I explained my intentions were to get new walking shoes because my old ones were done. I had continued to walk in the old shoes when my husband pointed out that some sporadic foot discomfort I would have was because I kept walking in the worn out shoes. Larkin did his evaluation. I tried on the inserts. Holy cow! It blew my mind and still blows my mind the gravity of not having arch support had impacted me. In addition, it blew my mind and still blows my mind that the hip pain I had been feeling for the 3 weeks before going to the store and I noticed my foot positioning was changing during some of my workouts were caused because I was lacking arch support, making my foot roll to the outside, causing misalignment. It all made sense! It was ao obvious but I didn't realize until going to store and talking to Larkin. I am not a impulse shopper. So we left the store and I wanted to make sure I wasn't emotionally buying. But the more I evaluated the discussion and the issues I was having, it was common sense why I was having the discomfort I was having. A new pair of walking shoes weren't going to be the solution. Needless to say, after an hour of contemplation, was a no trainer. I'm in my 40s and and want to be as active as possible. I already have alignment issues with my back so support in my feet make sense. Larkin was very knowledgable, professional, friendly and didnt come off as a salesman. He genuinely seemed to care and genuinely seemed trusting in the product. If youre having Hip, lower back, knee, hamstring, foot, or ankle discomfort check them out. Your foot may not be having the appropriate support it needs.
