I took my 13-year-old daughter to her first appointment for contact lenses, and the manager was absolutely amazing! He was so patient, kind, and encouraging while helping her learn how to put them in and take them out. You could tell he truly cared about making it a positive experience. We both left feeling comfortable and confident — I can’t thank him enough for making what could’ve been a stressful appointment so easy and enjoyable!
