I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited at the front desk for approximately 20 minutes, along with several other customers, waiting for assistance so that we could tan. After no one appeared, I knocked on the door that seemed to lead to the break room. An employee opened the door and immediately spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner.
I calmly explained that there was a line at the counter and we had all been waiting for 20 minutes. She responded that she didn’t care because she was not on the clock, and told me not to knock on that door again. When I told her that her behavior was rude and unprofessional and asked for her name so I could speak with management or corporate, she slammed the door in my face.
Shortly after, another employee came to the front, assisted everyone, and provided me with the individual’s name. I would appreciate it if the owner or a member of management could contact me regarding this incident. The entire interaction took place under a security camera, and as a paying customer, I should not be spoken to in such a manner.
This was an embarrassing and unacceptable encounter, and it reflects poorly on the company as a whole. The two other customers who were waiting in line witnessed the interaction and were equally shocked by the employee's behavior. I feel like this interaction should be addressed immediately.

RESEÑA ACTUALIZADA AL 1 DE AGOSTO 2025
Voy a quitarle 2 estrellas a mi reseña original ya que hoy tuve una situación bastante desagradable:
Cancelé mi suscripción a tiempo, antes del corte de mes, ya que regreso a mi país mañana y solo necesitaba visitar PF por 5 semanas, y anoche recibí un cargo por $53.77 dólares del mantenimiento anual del gimnasio.
Cuando pregunto en PF me dicen que la persona que me atendió para cancelar mi suscripción era nueva y no hizo el proceso correctamente, por lo que mi membresía seguía activa y que PF no puede devolverme el dinero ya que es política de la empresa.
Es decir, por culpa de un empleado que no sabía hacer el proceso de cancelación de membresía
tengo que pagar ese dinero, cuando solo duré 5 semanas en el gimnasio como miembro y precisamente busqué esta opción por su atractivo económico y la publicidad de “cálcela cuando quieras sin gastos adicionales”. Por eso les recomiendo confirmar varias veces su cancelación para evitar este tipo de problemas.
Si algún gerente o empleado de PF puede ayudarme con mi caso para recuperar ese dinero se lo agradecería por favor.
RESEÑA ORIGINAL
Este año decidí probar este gimnasio, a pesar de algunas críticas negativas que leí, y estoy sorprendido de todas las cosas buenas y positivas de esta sucursal:
- Personal atento en ayudarte y servirte en lo que necesitas. Muy pocas veces encontré el mostrador vacío ya que estaban ocupados limpiando u organizando las pesas.
- Muchos parqueos disponibles.
- Muchas máquinas, aún en la hora pico no tuve que esperar mucho o solo tuve que cambiar de ejercicio mientras se desocupaba la máquina que quería.
- Tuve que dejar mi mochila en el locker, pero con mi ID me prestaron un candado todas las veces que lo necesité para mantener mis pertenencias seguras.
- El baño súper amplio y limpio, aparte de agua y WIFI gratis para todos los usuarios.
- La alarma “Lurk” sonó muy pocas veces, y creo que la usaban al final del día, casi a las 10PM, para informar que ya iban a cerrar.
- Y el precio bastante cómodo, lo más importante para mí en estas vacaciones, ya que traté de buscar 2 opciones más de gimnasio y estaban demasiado caros para mi presupuesto.
Así que SI recomiendo esta sucursal al 100%. Lástima que esta franquicia ya no está en República Dominicana.

Always a smile and a greeting when I get there and leave. The machines are kept clean and in good working order. Do wished they'd go back to 24/7 like they did but we love our local one in Nampa
