Tia and everyone here are rockstars! Had an eye exam here a few months ago and the doc was virtual, which made me nervous at first but was really cool! They showed me the pictures of my eyes and everything. Gave me samples of 2 different types of contacts to test. Then I came back three months later, no prescription in hand, and asked if they could look me up and tell me how much it would cost. My insurance (EyeMed) never kicks in anywhere - except here. Between that and all the promos they took extra care to apply, it was almost HALF of what I would have paid, and SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than anywhere I’ve bought contacts before (including Costco)! AND I was panicking because I was leaving town and didn’t have any extras, and they managed to find me a pair to take with me. I’m not much for loyalty to brands, just the best deal, but these guys have sold me. LensCrafters forever. Thank you!!!!

We made an appointment, completed the online paperwork beforehand, and showed up on time as requested. However, the staff couldn't locate our insurance information in their system. We provided the physical insurance card on site + got a representative who spoke directly with staff to help verify our benefits and coverage, but they still couldn't get it together.
After signing in another customer, we were informed it would then take another TEN MINUTES just to pull my information back up. This entire ordeal wasted our time traveling to the office (we don't live nearby), consumed our appointment slot, and cost us money since their inability to process things properly meant we lost our insurance allotment for contacts. Additionally, they do not offer an online patient portal to look up prescriptions, etc., as they still...use...PAPER! The cherry on the sundae was getting a "reschedule" email...
We've already found another vision center with an online patient portal that had no problem locating and confirming our insurance information. We thought we'd give LensCrafters a try, but we do not recommend.

First time having an exam at this location since moving from out of state. I have to say this LensCrafters has a pretty large facility and everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, up until I checked out. This is why I keep coming back to LensCrafters. THANK YOU Doctor Nicole, Christopher, and the rest of the staff.

Cathy is amazing. I was a few days late on my warranty and she went to bat for me and made it right. In addition, she worked super hard to repair my Frames and when that didn’t work, she made certain I had a brand new one… I strongly recommend the folks that LensCrafters on the plaza. Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
