  Home Instead provided superb care for our mother for five years--from ages 92 through 97. The care was outstanding in every way: compassionate, professional, well-trained staff, excellent supervision of staff, and excellent communication with family, and our mother LOVED her Home Instead caregivers--and they loved her. Never, ever was one shift missed by Home Instead--EVEN DURING COVID. 100% reliable. Home Instead Management staff members are a delight to work with and checked in regularly with our mother to evaluate her needs and make sure she was happy with the care she was receiving. The time finally came when our mother needed care beyond the scope of in-home care, but thanks to Home Instead, she was able to remain in her Independent Living 5 extra years, which she treasured. We are very grateful for Home Instead and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Gloria took wonderful care of my 92 year old grandmother, and we are so glad we hired Home instead to take care of her needs before she passed.

  We have used Home Instead for close to two years. They work very hard to provide the care necessary in the ever changing condition of my loved one who is in declining health. Anytime I have had a concern, the Administration has worked with me to address and quickly reach a solution. The Caregivers have also worked well with the hospice group we have in place. As this decline continues, I know they will continue to provide the best possible care. They understand the emotional toll it takes on the family and are sensitive to the family's needs as well.

  I have been more than pleased with the care that Home Instead has provided for my parents. From the start they have truly been a blessing and have taken much of the worry off my shoulders. Living in another state, caring for aging parents became a reality when my mom suddenly required hospitalization for various issues 5 months ago & now requires care 24/7. I had no idea where to begin searching for a trustworthy care provider to help my elderly dad take care of my mom. Of course I was concerned about having “strangers” in their home and all that entails. My prayers were answered when a neighbor of theirs referred me to Home Instead. I did my due diligence, checked them out and was satisfied that they were a decent & reputable company. I have not been disappointed. From Kristi’s initial introduction visit(which SHE offered to include me via FaceTime so I could see my parents and “meet” their initial caregiver personally), to every caregiver that has been with my parents, I have been so impressed by their authenticity and integrity treating my parents with the dignity that all of our parents deserve. They have even offered & done things that I was not even expecting like taking mom to Dr appointments to give dad some “free time”. Home Instead is represented by quality employees & they have earned my trust & gratitude. I’m so grateful that my parents are in such great hands & I consider them to be my extended family!
