I’m high risk and this is how you treat potential clients? I have to drive an hour away to even be able to make it there. For this to be a pregnancy clinic they don’t treat it as such. So many things have been going on and they’re “upset”? Because they couldn’t reach me as if it was my fault?

Scheduling was always convenient as they worked well with me to get times that fit my schedule. There were always multiple automated reminder calls a couple days before my appointment so it was impossible for me to mix up my time or forget my appointment which id be likely to do otherwise! The front desk ladies were always super kind and helpful! They gave great instructions and made sure I knew exactly what documents I needed to bring for my first appointment. the sweet little southern girl up front was always a doll. They were efficient and I never had to wait long in line to check in or make my payments. The sonographers I got were always different but they were all very kind and professional as well. They were accommodating physically and went out of their way to educate and inform me as they were doing their scans. Dr. Lu was fantastic! He was supportive and reassuring throughout all of our visits and we always felt safe and in good trusted care! I highly recommend them! It’s kind of sad to see others leaving poor reviews because they’re expected to pay for their care, show up for their appointments on time, or follow office policies because this office offers better more personal care than I received at my own OB office. If you’re a grown responsible adult your experience here will be exceptional!
