I’m taking an issue with this place simply because I had an appointment scheduled that I scheduled and I confirmed. some woman from the office called me 18 times in two days and then start threatening me that if I didn’t reconfirm with her, they were canceled. I was pretty upset when I went and I was told the doctor didn’t care by the other employees. No one seemed to really be bothered. By the way I was treated By the employee, I was told that Their customers are so horrible to keep an appointment that they now punish everybody even the adults who schedule confirm and keep their appointments I paid for my appointment. I got my prescription, but it was such an unpleasant experience. I don’t even feel comfortable going in there to get LensCrafters to fill my prescription cause I don’t want to interact with these people. no one ever cared about the fact that this employee was horribly rude and interrupted my work schedule several time And as far as she acted, everything need to be done on her timetable or else. No one acted like they cared and I was basically told to Just deal with it I’m only sending this message now as a review because I keep getting alerts from them trying to schedule another appointment with me. Why would I ever step foot in a place that is so disrespectful? I’ve been going there for years and I was treated horribly!

Great experience. My eye exam Dr was a great listener, and very pleasant.she really worked to find an Rx for CB contacts that would work for me. Willing to let me try to see how they work in real life! Appreciate her willingness to try different options!
