    I have always had a great experience at the one in Liberty Mo. the staff is wonderful. I have been having a problem with one of my eyes and the optometrist sat down and really spoke to me and guided me in the right direction. Thank you

    The doctor was on time and very friendly. She answered all questions and made a plan for my son's eye care. We worked with another nice lady, Alisha, who helped find the perfect frames. We have been to Eye Express before and the people there are always friendly and helpful.

    Nice enough staff I suppose, but very unorganized. My glasses are to be shipped to me. They arrived at the store Wednesday. I called Wednesday when I got a text saying they were ready to be picked up (because I'm not pickingup). I was told that they would go out the next day (Thursday). It's now Saturday and the tracking indicated still awaiting the package, so I called a second time. My glasses are in a drawer in the store still. I have already waited 8 days. The staff didn't seem to care that much. My first experience there a few years ago also wasn't great as I never got a call when my glasses were ready. Won't be back. Edit- To top all of that off I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One sunglasses and one progressive. They put the wrong lens in the pairs. So now I have to go back and wait longer for them to correct their error.
