However, the woman who answered my call today seemed to be having a bad day! She seemed annoyed with any question I asked. Not very good customer service skills! Either the workplace is not conducive to good morale or she was just having a bad day, which should not be taken out on patients if that's the case! Shape up or you will lose patients!
