- CMChris MichaelJul 3, 20255.0Came into the studio tonight for my first time. Have hot yoga experience but it took me about a year to get back into it after moving back to KC last year. I’m currently shopping around for a new studio to practice in and I was hesitant and somewhat anxious about coming here due to my wrong assumptions/expectations from the appearance and location. Expected a very corporate, potentially “mean girls” type vibe but it was very much the opposite. I met Ingrid at the door and she was very gracious and welcoming and honestly it was breath of fresh air compared to some of my other experiences coming to a studio for the first time. She gave me a nice tour and immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable in the space. She put on a wonderful, challenging, and fulfilling class. I plan on coming back and just wanted to highlight my experience with her and CorePower.
