I love Club Pilates Parkville! The staff and trainers are super nice. Studio is always clean and their classes are intense and fun! They always ask before class if anyone has any injuries and I appreciate this due to have a partial rotator cuff tear, then the trainers will always suggest modifications. My Happy Place ❤️

Club Pilates Parkville has wonderful instructors. Prior to joining, I had never taken Pilates. On my first class, Autumn took the time to explain the basics very clearly and tailored the exercises to everyone’s flexibility level. I was impressed and have since continued to take classes at that Club. By now, I have taken lessons from different instructors and they all are highly qualified. Thank you for a great experience, Club Pilates Parkville!

I started club Pilates a little over a year ago once I was released from my doctor after my C-section from triplets. I had heard it was a good way to help repair your stomach muscles. Not only did it help me get my core back but I continued because the workout is different every time I go , I find the reformers fun and it’s a mental escape for 60 Minutes of the day. This is coming from someone who exclusively strength train for many years. I find that the combination of Pilates and strength training has actually made my body be in the best shape it’s ever been in and that’s only working out 3 to 4 times a week.

I've been a member of the Parkville, MO Club Pilates studio for a year and it has been an absolutely positive experience. Through the year I took classes at least twice each week and was able to progress up from level 1 to level 2 work. Unfortunately, I sustained a rotator cuff injury just as I had progressed to level 2 and had to request my account be frozen during my 8-week recovery. FORTUNATELY, the studio completely supported this, and I was able to work one-on-one with Karen - one of the many great instructors there - to design an at-home workout while I was unable to attend classes in-studio. Thanks to that, when I returned to the studio, I was able to come right back in without starting over at ground zero. The Pilates workouts have improved my strength, balance, coordination, and gait. I highly recommend this studio and the friendly folks who manage and staff it!

Club Pilates Parkville has been an incredible experience for me. This was my very first time ever taking a Pilates class, and I was exceptionally grateful that they offered a free trial class. Being able to come in, try it out, and see whether Pilates was something I could physically do before committing meant so much to me—and truly set this studio apart. The space itself is very nice, clean, and well cared for. They also have a great display of Pilates gear available for purchase, including grip socks, shirts, tanks, pants, and sweatshirts. While the studio is currently on the smaller side, I understand they’ll be expanding to two larger studios in the new year, which is very exciting. I’ve now been attending classes at this location for several months, and I genuinely look forward to my workouts every single week. All of the instructors are kind and welcoming, and I definitely have a few favorites whose energy, engagement, and hands-on corrections make each class especially enjoyable. As someone who was brand new to Pilates, I truly appreciate how focused they are on safety—making sure you’re moving correctly and not doing anything that could lead to injury. Attending classes at Club Pilates Parkville has significantly changed the way I look and feel over the past few months, and I fully intend to continue my membership into next year. I can’t recommend this studio enough!
