As a mom of two very little kiddos, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made to invest in myself! If you’ve been on the fence regarding whether or not you want to admit to commit to something like this, I’ll be the first to tell you to go ahead and take that leap You won’t regret it!!

I love all the instructors who bring their own knowledge and specific skills while making you feel welcome and offer personalized modifications if necessary. The APP is so easy to use to sign up for or cancel classes if needed, and the front desk is always welcoming and friendly! More importantly Every time I attend a class I feel I’m strengthening a new part of my body that I’ve ignored for years. The reformers are life changing and work more muscle groups in half the time it would take without the reformer. After about 10 classes I felt I could move more freely in my daily activities without as much arthritic pain. After 30 classes when I looked in the mirror I could see obvious improvements to my body, a “leanness” I never had before. So overall I now feel less pain and appear more fit thanks to Club Pilates Parkville!
