  In the past, my experience at another local urgent care was not the best… So I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding care that I received at Carbon Health this past week. From the moment I entered to the time I left, I had nothing but wonderful and professional treatment. Marquitta, a medical assistant, met me at the door with prompt and courteous service getting me set up in a room. Later in the visit, Kaylee, another medical assistant and Cassidy my PA , were very caring and professional , as they offered expert care . All in all, I was in and out of the clinic in under an hour. With the medication they prescribed, I felt 100% better 24 hours later. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in the Kansas City area.

  Came here a couple of times and I was never disappointed, not sure why people give it less than 5 stars but this place is clean and professional. All the prescriptions given to me helped and didn’t feel the need to come back. Very friendly and will come back again, I have recommended this place to my friends and family!

  Carbon Healthcare is an easy and comfortable solution when you need urgent care. They always have great availability and the staff are professional, friendly, and kind. I cannot recommend the Ward Parkway location enough. They have helped me immensely.
