  Daniel did a very good job of explaining my results from hearing test. He informed me of what I was missing from my hearing loss and what products were available to help resolve this situation. Happy with my entire experience

  The people are great they take their time to explain your hearing test to you and they told me why I can't hear right sometimes

  I believe Sally does an outstanding job considering she has not worked for an audiologist before. She’s always answering my questions and even some technical work for me so I’m quite happy 😊

  I am so thankful that we have Sound Advice in Joplin Mo. I came in with an issue and it was met and resolved in a friendly, professional manner. I appreciated the way Dr. Tillman didn’t want me to leave until I was totally comfortable with my hearing. Personal, caring service is nice to find in 2020. I would highly recommend Sound Advice.
