- HWHaley Windsor3 days ago1.0My daughter and I went into the emergency room. I needed an IV. I was taken care of perfectly fine. My daughter, however, was not checked out at all. The only thing that happened was she got her temperature checked when we got there. NOTHING else happened with her. No one touched her. So it came to an absolute surprise when we got over an $800 bill in the mail for her alone. I was perfectly okay with paying for my bill since i was taken care of but not okay with paying for my daughter who was not seen. After many phone calls and emails they denied my appeal on her bill. The nurse apparently wrote down they did an entire exam on her. So its their word against mine. Even though my mom ended up taking her home right after i was checked in. I was taken care of but my daughter was not and they charged us both for an emergency visit. That is STEALING which is absolutely disgusting. I do NOT recommend this hospital.
- DHDarrell Hutschreider6 days ago1.0Avoid this emergency room. Wife went in with painful swollen knee, which she could not walk on and felt pieces moving in her knee. The Doctors concern was possibly blood clot. Had blood work, ultra sound and x-ray of knee taken. All came back negative. The knee and shin, were both hot, inflamed and had red spots on them, the doctor ignored those signs. He did not have an MRI done to see if there were possible pulled muscles or areas of fluid. He simply released her, being in the same pain as when she came into the ER. I thought doctors were suppose to aid patients instead of ignoring what the patient states is hurting them and failing to run all of the tests that should have been run, to determine the source of the pain.

- JCJohnny ChatmanMar 25, 20263.0I just want to know is how can the doctor help a person out but when he find out that the person didn't have the money to pay for it he put a graud by her door and tell him don't let her without pay for it and he changed her 200dollaer and been in there for like three week today I pay it for her so how can you explain that to me when I through he was here to help people but he put her in like a jail cell she could not go nowhere what out the graud with her
