  Saw Dr. Haleigh Hughes. Came in as a new patient and initially like her but then I got abnormal labs back that were critical evolving my iron/CBC and they never bothered to call and check on me. I was telling them I had shortness of breath and chest discomfort in my visit and got told my lungs were fine and I had an ear infection. I had to message the provider about the abnormal labs and she messaged me back two days later asking me about symptoms but never even tried to call. The questions she asked me about were also discussed in my visit and now feel like she wasn’t listening. I also tried to call the office who blew it off and stated they would relay the message. I messaged her back and still haven’t got a response or phone call. It’s now been almost a week and labs haven’t been address or acted on. Looking for a more attentive and caring provider now.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The visit with Doctor Wheat was bad enough. I came for a physical but it was a rushed visit with her saying how frustrating it was that physicians don’t know the answers to a health questions. Not knowledgeable and barely did any kind of an exam. Asked my medications and out the door. Then there was deceptive billing. I came in for a physical a preventative wellness visit covered at 100% and even verified with the nurse that was what I was there for. When I got the bill they charged for a new patient office evaluation with a specific health problem or illness. I had no health problem or illnesses. It states it requires a moderate level of complexity and is a higher charge that is not covered at 100%. I discussed this after getting the bill with the office manager and was told she would resubmit it as a physical. After getting 2 more bills. It still hasn’t been resubmitted. I do not recommend this doctor or doctor’s office.

  Amazing doctors. Switched my primary to here and will be going her from now on. 100% better than the doctors at the lake! Extremely happy with how my appointment went.
