  I had such a wonderful experience during my visit to Eyemart Express. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The ladies there were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. A special thank you to the manager, Olivia, whose exceptional customer service truly stood out—she went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Because of the outstanding service and positive environment, I will absolutely be recommending this location to my friends and family. It’s not just a place for eyewear—it’s a place where you feel valued as a customer.

  Eyemart in Jefferson City gave me a good price on my glasses. The Associate was very helpful. She even did a quick repair on my wife's glasses. Excellent customer service.

  I came here because they advertised great prices and glasses ready in an hour. I was just looking for an inexpensive pair to wear when I'm not using my contacts, but after everything, the total came to $300. On top of that, I was told I would have to wait a week to receive them. The customer service was also very disappointing. The staff member never got out of her chair to assist me, and I had to ask questions from across the room. That's not the level of service customers should expect. Overall is was not a good experience.

  The ladies at this location are so helpful. They made my decision easy. Picking out new glasses is a test that I put off for several months and within a few minutes I had my glasses picked out. Within another hour, my glasses were made!
