  Eyemart in Jefferson City gave me a good price on my glasses. The Associate was very helpful. She even did a quick repair on my wife's glasses. Excellent customer service.

  I came here because they advertised great prices and glasses ready in an hour. I was just looking for an inexpensive pair to wear when I'm not using my contacts, but after everything, the total came to $300. On top of that, I was told I would have to wait a week to receive them. The customer service was also very disappointing. The staff member never got out of her chair to assist me, and I had to ask questions from across the room. That's not the level of service customers should expect. Overall is was not a good experience.

  The ladies at this location are so helpful. They made my decision easy. Picking out new glasses is a test that I put off for several months and within a few minutes I had my glasses picked out. Within another hour, my glasses were made!

  We bought 2 pair of eye glasses for my son in July. By December both pairs were scratched so badly we have to replace them. It appears the protective coating is flaking off. We didn’t buy the insurance for another $100 because his other eyeglasses always lasted half a year. Spent $500+ and have 2 pairs of useless glasses. Quality is not what it should be for the price. Will be going back to Bodenhammer eye care, cost is the same, but quality is definitely better at Bodenhammer. Please improve the quality or lower the price.
