  I’ve been going to this dentist for 17 years. When The father was running it. I was three minutes late for a 330 appointment. And got a call from them saying that I was late told them I was five minutes out and the lady told me that they would not be able to see me because of me being late. And told me that there would be a $75 rescheduling fee. I told them that I can understand charging something but $75 was excessive for my first time being late after going to them for 17 years, they told me that I was going to have to pay it if I wanted to come back so I will be looking for a new dentist. I do not remember signing anything. saying that there is a charge for being late or a missed appointment. It’s pretty sad that they’re willing to throw away a 17 year relationship over being late eight minute. . I do not remember signing anything.   All of the staff from the front desk, to Courtney the hygienist, to Dr. Glenn Teubner were very welcoming, friendly, personable and professional. They were all very prompt, thorough and make you feel at ease. Dr. Glenn’s father was my dentist for over 30 years and Glenn is picking up right where he left off by continuing such superior dental care. I look forward to entrusting all of my future dental care to Dr. Glenn and his wonderful team!

  OMG these guys are the best. I was so lucky they worked me in. They did a fantastic job getting some extractions done. BYE bye bad toofies. I recommend them 100 percent.

  My husband and I had a great experience at Capital City Dentistry. The receptionist greeted us with a welcoming smile from day one. She was glad to help set up our appointment to be seen within a month. She even contacted us when someone couldn't make their appointmen to get us in earlier. We went today and everyone was kind, patient, and professional. Taylor was my hygienist. She was very nice and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. My husband had a same excellent cleaning by his hygienist. Once our cleaning was completed, Dr. Saxon examined us. He kindly welcomed us both as new patients. We feel confident he and his professional staff will care for all our future dental needs in the best way possible. Thank you Saxon. Thank you Capital City Dentistry.

  Amazing! This was my first time going to this dentist and it was great! The staff was lovely, very clean facility! Will be going back! Dr.Saxon and the dental assistant Laura were absolutely amazing! Always made sure I was good with going through my tooth extraction! I loved these two! These people are the nicest people ever! They are so easy to talk to and explain everything that is going on to you, and make sure you are good and have no questions before leaving! Definitely recommend going and seeing Dr. Saxon!
