  The specialist there Olivia is awesome she's awesome very informational very thorough in her testing she explained everything to me and with her I was very comfortable with the test it's accuracy her accuracy her thoroughness she is highly recommended. The young lady at the desk Rebecca awesome made me feel very comfortable also very helpful and informational this place get five stars and we'll make sure that I tell all of my friends and family members after the test was completed I could hear out of my left ear in fact when I got home I usually have my TV set at 57% now it's said it 15%. I really can hear out of my left ear I feel different I feel very happy I feel complete thanks to Olivia

  The staff at the independence office was so nice and patience and took there time to explain everything to me on how and why on what was happening during the testing and the paper work .

  I have worn hearing aids my entire adult life, I have worn a variety of brands and after wearing my new Miracle-Ear aids I can honestly say that these are the best quality aids I have ever owned. I have profound hearing loss and I depend on my hearing aids to communicate and function, believe it or not I’m a musician and have been hired to run sound for venues and bands as well as running sound for the band I belong to, my point being mediocre hearing aids simply won’t work for me. I did check out the Costco brand thinking to save some money but their bargain brand wasn’t even strong enough to touch my hearing loss, therefore they tried to sell me a more expensive set of aids and the sound quality wasn’t even close to the quality and tone of my new Miracle-Ear aids, not to mention the customer service and professionalism level at the big box store wasn’t any better. Before I end this review I want to say this is my first review I have ever written for any product I have ever purchased. The reason I’m writing this review is in part the quality product but most of all the great customer service and professionalism shown by Dr. Ken Kidd. Ken will take his time with you and make sure you get a thorough hearing test, Ken will explain the results layout options and allow you to decide what’s best for you. The most impressive part is you’ll never feel like a number, the only thing Ken is concerned with when he’s working with you is your needs and helping you hear again. Thank you for doing such a great job
