  Rebecca Chancellor off of Noland Rd S. has been really amazing. She has helped when I felt like everyone was closing their doors on me. She went far beyond her call of duty to try to help me maintain my insurance. Getting all of my paperwork together at the last minute. I greatly appreciated her.

  Ken and Rebecca are great. They take time to answer all of our questions and treat us as their best special customer. They always give great advice on how to make your hearing aids work better for you and recommend how to clean and keep your appliances in great working order. They give you as much time as you need to understand all of our concerns. A very great experience every time you see them.

  I have worn hearing aids my entire adult life, I have worn a variety of brands and after wearing my new Miracle-Ear aids I can honestly say that these are the best quality aids I have ever owned. I have profound hearing loss and I depend on my hearing aids to communicate and function, believe it or not I’m a musician and have been hired to run sound for venues and bands as well as running sound for the band I belong to, my point being mediocre hearing aids simply won’t work for me. I did check out the Costco brand thinking to save some money but their bargain brand wasn’t even strong enough to touch my hearing loss, therefore they tried to sell me a more expensive set of aids and the sound quality wasn’t even close to the quality and tone of my new Miracle-Ear aids, not to mention the customer service and professionalism level at the big box store wasn’t any better. Before I end this review I want to say this is my first review I have ever written for any product I have ever purchased. The reason I’m writing this review is in part the quality product but most of all the great customer service and professionalism shown by Dr. Ken Kidd. Ken will take his time with you and make sure you get a thorough hearing test, Ken will explain the results layout options and allow you to decide what’s best for you. The most impressive part is you’ll never feel like a number, the only thing Ken is concerned with when he’s working with you is your needs and helping you hear again. Thank you for doing such a great job
