- TJTd JonesAug 8, 20255.0The specialist there Olivia is awesome she's awesome very informational very thorough in her testing she explained everything to me and with her I was very comfortable with the test it's accuracy her accuracy her thoroughness she is highly recommended. The young lady at the desk Rebecca awesome made me feel very comfortable also very helpful and informational this place get five stars and we'll make sure that I tell all of my friends and family members after the test was completed I could hear out of my left ear in fact when I got home I usually have my TV set at 57% now it's said it 15%. I really can hear out of my left ear I feel different I feel very happy I feel complete thanks to Olivia

He is very knowledgeable and he taught me a lot! His receptionist were just as nice and friendly as Specialist Dr. Kidd. First experience though not the last.
