    Dr wells Is the most thorough and caring dr I have ever experienced. I actually look forward to my appointments, knowing that when I leave his office I have received the best medical care and all my concerns have been addressed by him, and his staff are top notch too. Dr. Wells has cared for my entire family including my mother who passed from cancer in 2018, and he now cares for myself and my two sisters and we all trust our lives with him. Archwell staff are all pleasant and seem pleased to meet my needs, big or small and I am grateful for archwell and staff.

    I saw Dr. Deborah Rodes, a contract doctor. I loved h we r. She was so knowledgeable and articulate in explaining the plan of care. She listened to my concerns and was in no rush.

    I like Dr Rodes she explained my medical records to me that my other Dr never did and went through my medication and found a med that I should not be taken

    I am getting very frustrated with archwell health, I do not feel I'm getting the care I need. I currently have no Dr,customer service is poor.at my last appointment with nurse practioner she had no answers for me no follow up after ordering a blood test, never came back in room. Medical assistant sent me home couldn't find her. Ii real waste of time at the point of finding a new family care practice
