  My overall experience starting with the front desk staff was very professional, courteous, nice. And to the ophthalmology tech that checks in Dr Robert Null was also professional courteous and nice to me and my granddaughter that went in room with me and to Dr. Null always kind professional courteous and nice.

  Everyone was professional, punctual and personable. Dr. Null takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. I have been going to Discover Vision for over 30 years and have had nothing but fantastic experiences.

  I have been going to the Independence office for years. The front desk staff and the assistants are always so pleasant and helpful. I normally see Dr. Dawson, but on my recent visit, I saw Dr. Salim. She was so sweet and very informative about what is going on with my eyes and things that I can do to make sure I have the best eyesight. Five Stars from me for sure.

  This was my 1st visit with Dr. Robert Null at the Discover Independence loation. I was very impressed. He was very through, didn't try to rush thru the appointment, very approachable and took time to explain the questions I had. The staff was very professional and cordial. My experience at this location was great! Joyce

  Dr. Fowler is personable and professional. She provides explanations of the situation and listens to her patients so the care plan is a partnership. The other team, especially Molly, explain ever step of the exam proces and are engaging. Great professionals to partner with for optical care.
