Patients of Blessing be aware! Just received a bill for a visit 2 years 8 months ago! No calls, notes, or even a balance on previous bills stating that there was a balance due pending insurance. We had absolutely no idea this bill wasn’t paid in full by insurance, as far as we knew we were totally paid up. Made a few calls to Blessing, one that was very rude and ended badly, and got 0% help in resolving the issue. It seems it was totally up to us to contact the insurance company which hasn’t been our company for 5 months having switched. I ended up calling Blessing 4 times in a week and left 3 messages for a return call from billing supervisors with no response. I ended up calling my old insurance company and had a pleasant conversation in which the insurance company made an adjustment and was really confused why there was an issue with Blessing at all. Ironically I got more help and compassion from my x-insurance company, than the hospital we go to.
Don’t be surprised if a mystery bill shows up 2-3 years late, and get zero help from Blessing.

Dr Susan Meidl is helping with an issue I'm having. The receptionist yelled at me last time I was there and she was rude to a patient on the phone.

I have had a few appointments with an audiologist and with an ENT at this clinic. This clinic is an hour away from me but I didn’t mind the drive because I’ve never had an issue. The doctors are great and seem to care but I tore the ligaments in my ankle and had to use crutches and was already 12 minutes late so I asked 3 different nurses downstairs to wheel me to the elevator none of them would do which caused me to be 17 minutes late which means they rescheduled my appointment so I drove an hour for nothing. Then I come back for the rescheduled appointment which I was told would be at 1 when I rescheduled it(I stood right next to her as she rescheduled it)then when I arrived at 12:45 I was told my appointment is at 3:30. This is absolutely garbage. This needs to be worked on and the office staff need to not be so rude when you ask a simple question(without attitude I may add)

My three kids see Dr. Frazine and Ms. Huber and we all like both of them very much. We couldn't ask for nicer ladies to work with the children. If we could give more then 5 star's we would. Thanks Ladies for being great to us and our children.
