  DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET BILLED PERSISTENTLY WITHOUT VISITS!! As of december 29th of 2025, Ive been billed for a visit in February of this year. It is almost 2026. These surprise bills should be illegal at this point because ive already paid partials of it. They will make you pay extra fees if you do not give them the money all at once without reasonable payment plan options despite promising that you can create them. Editing my review because of the reply. This company will not sort things out properly; they never have and never will. I've even had a former friend get sent to court over $10 of an unpaid bill of which the judge waived off. I wasn't going to add extra information before, but to reply as if this can be resolved with one phone call is insulting. Thousands of people call you everyday unable to pay their bills. I have called asking why these bills havent appeared sooner with the same scummy excuses of waiting on insurance everytime which I know is NOT true because other facilities run insurance and bills faster. I hope the state investigates this sooner.

  So glad to have a clinic in town that DECLINES CARE FOR CHILDREN! This is the second time Ive taken my daughter to this walk-in for a stomach bug. The first time they told me to take her to the ER so I did and we ended up with an over $14,000 bill that insurance only covered $5k of for radiology when it was just a stomach bug. Same thing today, they said they cant treat children and we need to take her to the ER! This place is an ABSOLUTE joke and is JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY!

  I've been here twice, once for my back and another time because of female issues. The first time Randy gave me Prednisone which is what I normally take for sciatica issues. The second time she didn't even touch me or really listen, she told me to go to the ER. I literally had a simple female issue and going to the ER would have cost me thousands of dollars! Why do we have a walk in clinic if the nurse practitioner doesn't want to treat!

  Overall, I haven't had any real issues. It seems like they go thru a lot of front desk staff as each time I've been there there's been new people who are training. This past Saturday I didn't like the nurse, she wasn't personable at all but I have liked other nurses we've seen. A different doctor each time and I haven't had issues with any of them, they answer my questions and seem to be able to quickly access our needs so we can get home and mend quickly. Wait times aren't terrible, longest we've waited has been maybe 20 minutes!
