Dr. James Rubin started Rubin Eye Center over 40 years ago. Recently Dr. Rubin has decided to retire from the practice of optometry and has transitioned his practice to In Vision Eye Care Center located just down the street from his practice. Dr. Scott Staatz and Dr. Lauren Seutter will be carrying on the care of Rubin Eye Center going forward.
