  Went to the Urgent care Sunday for a sore throat. They literally sent me on my way said it was negative and did nothing for me. Here it is Tuesday morning and I’ve had strep the whole time with no medicine . I’m highly upset. I’ve been sitting in pain for almost 72 hours when I said the whole time I think it’s strep throat. I do NOT recommend going anywhere SSM . Stick with Mercy!!

  Last time I was here 10+ years ago I waited 3+ hours in the waiting room to be seen without an appointment. Now today I've been waiting 50 minutes past my appointment and only 1 person has been called back in the hour I've been here. People have came out from the office area but no one is getting called back and the waiting room is filling up leaving people without a place to sit. Horrible then, horrible now.
