  If I could give a million stars I would. Hands down the absolute best experience I’ve had when it has come to my tmj and possible jaw correction. Dr. Heatrice really helped me understand and has given a real long thought about how to help my issues. Every other place I have gone before was total chaos. I’m truly happy with them and I can’t wait to keep working with them. Truly great.

  The process was less than satisfactory. We were supposed to have all teeth extracted but when we arrived we were told it was only a consultation. Then 5 minutes after we left we were called back and offered to let us return for procedure. They then called the prescription in to the wrong pharmacy and we had to drive an hour away from home to pick up medicine. When the pharmacist called the dentist with questions the dental representative hung up on the pharmacist before the call could be completed. Must not be much competition for this type of surgical dentistry because service to customers does not seem to be of any concern.

  I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM and was asked to arrive early to complete paperwork. I arrived about 30 minutes early, completed all required forms on time, and submitted them as instructed. Despite this, I was not called in until around 2:00 PM. I was also caring for a baby during this time, which made the extended wait particularly difficult. When I asked the front desk about the delay, I felt the response was dismissive and lacked professionalism. I was told that other patients were seen first due to paperwork, even though I had already completed mine before my scheduled time. Additionally, the tone and manner in which I was spoken to felt noticeably different compared to how other patients were treated. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about whether I was being treated fairly. I understand that delays can happen, but I would appreciate clearer communication, respectful interactions, and better adherence to scheduled appointment times in the future.

  The experience was nothing short of sweet! The office was very clean, and the team did a great job communicating about the wait time, which I really appreciated. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to my 16-year-old in a way she could easily understand. He walked her through what was going on with her jaw, offered helpful tips to manage lockjaw, and even discussed future care as she gets older. Even though this isn’t specifically a pediatric office, he did an amazing job making a teenager feel comfortable and informed. The office itself was spotless, and all the equipment looked brand new and high-quality. Overall, a great experience with a professional and caring team. Highly recommend!

  I had to get 6 teeth extracted with 2 of em being wisdom teeth this past Monday (March 23rd) and I had to get general anesthesia for the first time in my life and they helped me through everything by explaining the process, before I knew it I was out like a light lol it seem like it went by really fast for 45 mins lol but I'm so happy everything went well and now all I have to do is recover. This place is great and will have you feeling so comfortable. Dr. Alexander H and everyone there was so nice and did their jobs well, definitely will go back again in the future. Thanx again y'all🥰🧡
