- IBIndia BaileyDec 10, 20251.0Been going to this gym for a decade or more, really sad what has happened in the past few months. The front door is never lock in the morning before staffed. For people that come at 5 am safety doesn’t matter. Homeless people sleeping inside and even the emergency door in the women’s room was unlocked once. Highly disappointed thinking of switching to crunch. SMH.

Amenities squarely fall short compared to other locations in Saint Louis. There simply is not enough leg work equipment available. My suggestions are as follows: Hip thrust machines A real Pendulum AND Hack squat machine At least two more deadlifting platforms Two more leg press machines I rarely ever see most of the cardio equipment being used on that side of the gym. Having to go to other locations far from home (or Edge Fitness in Saint Ann 👀) is inconvenient. If Edge buys and renovates that old Gold’s, it’s easy to say who will be getting my money in the future, without serious re-investment into this Club.
