My baby was 3 weeks past his appointment due to no communication that he needed one, when I brought the issue to the nurse she tried to argue with me about it and had an attitude. Upon arriving at his first appointment I overheard the nursing staff from the urgent care side laughing and complaining about dealing with a special needs child I will not be back very rude and unprofessional.
