  I honestly don’t feel comfortable bringing my kids here anymore. While this clinic specializes in children, the provider who saw my son today seemed frustrated with him, which was concerning to me. My son is 4 years old, and I expected a more patient and supportive approach. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return

  Love this place been here a few times with my daughter. Got her cast on here and went to the urgent care everyone is so nice and its really fast.

  My baby girl got something stuck in her nose and I was in and out within 20 mins we did get there around 8:50 but I am so grateful to be in and out quickly and they handled her with care thank you my husband and I appreciate you all

  Went to urgent care to get turned around at 8:30pm. They told me they were at capacity and were only taking appointments only! They turned my son away. I called to make an appointment for next day and told me they didn’t have my available time and proceeded to tell me that I can just walk in. So obviously I can’t just walk in! I literally just did that and got turned around. How do you call yourself an urgent care and not taking anything URGENT. Just change your damn name if this is going to be the case. If you short staffed then let that be known! Don’t give people an excuse to why you can’t take walk ins at any time And please don’t tell people they can just walk in during operating hours when you just can’t. The whole name is a lie!
