This is by far the worst experience with this hospital I’ve ever had so last Thursday my girlfriend gave birth to my son she had an epidural and what not but they messed up her epidural causing her to have spinal headaches they gave her a blood patch the day we left the hospital and she was doing fine until 2 days ago where the headache came back she goes into the hospital today mind you The ER and has two patients go in front of her who got there after she did mind you she’s in excruciating pain and threw up in their hallway to make thing worse she’s been sitting in a room where no one’s checked on her and doesn’t know what’s going on I don’t know what’s going on with our medical staff but this is ridiculous and if I could put zero stars I would because this is awful if you’re in the emergency room and your pain is at a 10 why are they waiting so long to take patients back im truthfully done going here

I swear these doctors got their medical license at Walmart. My appendix got taken out and then three days later. I’m back in the hospital cause someone messed something up and now I have an infection. The nurses are slow. It took them 3 hours and 3 times of me asking for meds for them to finally get them.Don’t recommend coming here unless you want to be in horrible care.

SSM I am so disappointed in you! Get your act together. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and received a doctor's order to get an x-ray. So I called scheduling and was told that I did not need an appointment and that I could walk in. We discussed the hours of St. Clare in Fenton because it was the closest location to me. She told me they were open until on Saturday until 3 pm and to go to 1011 building. So at 2 pm we went. There was not a soul around in the lobby and the doors to imaging were locked. We had to walk all the way over to the ER only to be told they don't do walk in x-rays on Saturday. By the way, they have "alarm will sound" signs on the interior doors to the ER. We were about to walk all the way around on the outside when someone coming off the elevator told us that it won't sound and we could walk through. If the alarms are not activated, then either remove the sign or PROP THE DOORS OPEN! Is that so hard? Trust me, no one wants to walk into the ER unless they have to. You have a security guard on duty 24 hours, so no excuse. Also, the sign on the desk at 1011 says the Imiging Center closes at 2:30, not 3 pm on Saturday. Apparently they only do MRI's and CT scans on Saturday, so please train your scheduling staff accordingly.
THIS WAS DEFINITELY THE PLACE FOR ME TO GO TO THE RIGHT PLACE! For a couple years or so, I've been checked out for this that. And the other thing just see what was wrong with me. Not at this hospital , but elsewhere an assortment of medical professionals at different places. I checked in to the emergency room. Because I was in really bad shape. They put me into the hospital. They found out what was wrong with me and very quickly did surgery. What I mean by that is , but then days of being in the hospital , and then i'm laying hooked up to all these machines , and I tell you what they have a lot of florence nightingales. Angels in nurses uniform. Everyone.\nAnd I mean , everyone was working hard to get me back on my feet. Physical therapy , the nursing staff , the surgeons , the doctors , the specialists, administration types you know with the paperwork. It's a fantastic place if you're bad shape and need to get fixed up. The main Surgeon of the team that worked on me, there were a few people that said he saved their lives. Everybody, you know what I mean.Every review said that if you want the doctor a surgeon that will do the job right, He is the person! Everyone said that in the reviews! I'm so confident in the surgeon.I did not even check his reviews, but another family member.Did\nAnd showed it to me just before surgery. I'm not Catholic, but they are Catholic.Based hospital, so the religion part of it.Well , you don't have to shun away from it. No one pushed it either. So whatever your thoughts may be on religion.Hope you get right with your maker. If you're not. This old cat , I think , is in its ninth life. I'm happy for this opportunity because if they had not done the surgeries and all the prep work Before & After I don't know where I'd been. Already got my cemetery plotting headstone. I didn't have to check into that because the hospital and staff took care of me. I'll admit they far exceeded any expectations.I had pulled up to the hospital. Although it's barely staying conscious. They have a children's hospital there. They have cancer hospital there. They have many different specialties cardiac. The thing is that you should have something picked out before you're in a bad circumstance. AS people we normally don't prepare that well for contingencies. This hospital was very well prepared! I'm also doing follow up to get back to where I should be physicallyphysically. So, they have great resources for this as well. Thank you for reading.
