  Have tried numerous times to get a hold of someone at this office to schedule an appointment. I was told by the Dr. someone would call me within 2 days after my appointment to schedule, that was 2 weeks ago. There are no specific hours on the message lines, you’d think if doctors are referring they would at least have someone answering phones. Do not waste your time! Look elsewhere!!

  ONLY 5 STARS TO BE NOTICED !! 1 STAR ! After being referred by the primary to this trash. Paid the $50 copay. Was told we would receive a phone call for a MRI. haha 2 weeks later and still nothing ! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

  I would have give a minus rating if all possible that is the total of worth of this office since I was referred. The office staff is Cold, Clueless and Very Rude. The last appointment I had the APN was not up to date with my case, although cordial the APN read my results of the prior appointment and did not see the MRI that I had taken the week before. Being the type of person I am, I told her that there should be a MRI and results showing the problems that I'm having. To no avail, she said that they would have to get authorization from my insurance company for a procedure. Nothing else was discussed and that was the end of my visit. I have been dealing with my back for the past 16 years as a result of two separate accidents and chronic pain. I have been through Physical therapy, Massage therapy, trigger point injections and spinal block without any relief. I feel that I'm being jerked around and honestly I feel that no one cares. I left the office feeling mentally darined. My question is would you feel safe having needles stuck into your spine after dealing with this experience? I certainly am not happy with this outcome.

  I tried for months to get appointment with this office jumped through all the hoops, put up with delays getting calls returned, two weeks ago they told me that they needed insurance referral and could schedule an appointment. Now today am told docs have reviewed med record and will not see me at all Wouldn't even give a reason. I cannot speak to quality of care, but the complete lack of customer service from this office is appalling. I possible I would have given a negative rating.
