  Nobody answers the phone. How do you people communicate or get anything done? Pitiful service. Why hand out business cards with phone numbers when no one will answer ? Ridiculous waste of time.

  This review is for the lab at this location. I’ve gotten blood work done twice here and both times have waited an hour plus for a short line (today it was 4 people long). There’s only been one person working both times. I’d suggest making an appointment (I’d hope this would make it better) or trying a different location.

  Dr Al-Sherri is incredibly kind, patient, and super knowledgeable! She made me feel welcome, and explained things to me and made sure I understood. Alison was super nice when she showed us the office, and made me feel welcome immediately. I love the organization and setup of the SSM group. My apts for my other doctor were on my after visit summary as a reminder! Great covid measures as well, and the check in process was the easiest I have ever had as a new patient. I hope of you are looking for a doc in the area that this was helpful, have a great day!!!

  The worst E.R. staff. As rude as possible. Exactly what you need late are night with a sick child. They make you feel like it's your fault they are sick and then you wait for hours as your child screams in pain. Thanks for the deplorable health care.
