    This entire hospital has gone so far down hill over the last decade. Which is sad considering they're basically Mercy competition and Mercy is just as bad. I've tried dealing with the billing department on the same issue FOR MONTHS and sent in the required documentation THREE TIMES and they ask for it again a month later. Babes, go back and read the emails, for the 5th time. It's there! Care is also sub par, leaves so much to be desired.
