  Today I had an ultrasound of my thyroid. The ultrasound tech that performed my ultrasound was in his third week of clinicals. His name was Jack K. He was so sweet and so kind, and he explained everything. He was caring and thorough and listened to me and then answered all of my questions. I’m so glad to see Someone like him entering into our medical field for the future. Thank you Jack!!!

  I would avoid if I were a pregnant mother. I had an ultrasound and repeat ultrasound for my baby at this location. The ultrasound technician ignored my visible pain from pushing into my belly hard (this is not my first pregnancy, so this was beyond normal pressure). We felt like the way she was measuring wasn’t accurate and caused unnecessary alarm over the pregnancy as she said our baby was measuring abnormally small. Her manner led me to choose to have all of my other ultrasounds at Mercy South where my baby magically measured normal the rest of the pregnancy. Additionally, it is my understanding the department is making a habit out of not letting you see your first ultrasound where baby’s heart beat is either present or not and making you wait for results at a later date. Bad policy.

  Twice in the past 5 months I've needed to schedule a MRI both times had over a month wait. First was for a lumbar fracture and currently for a shoulder injury. I'm guessing you just expect people to live on pain meds until you get to them . Both times luckily St Louis imagimg was able to gete me in a couple days after I called

  Checking in was simple. They're very nice and check ins are done privately so I don't feel like everyone is hearing all my info. On this day I got an ultrasound. They were quick and sensitive to what I have going on. Overall, after going other places and having things to compare this experience to, I would easily recommend them over other places.

  Called waited on hold 6min to make an appointment. Finally gave up left message with name and phone number. They never called back. Guess I will go elsewhere.
