- KKKurious KennedySep 11, 20241.0As a paraplegic who is dependant on my chair I would NOT recommend them at all. Their priority is money and not for its customers. I have broken locks on my chair rendering it unsafe- I put in a request for repair and was told it could take up to months for it to be completed. They do not do repairs and then bill- their process requires 6 steps all of which can take up to 3 weeks for completion. Rendering my chair unsafe and I have fallen. My Dr. also reached out with urgency about issue and was advised that they do not have an expediated process and all patients must wait. No matter the issue. This is inhumane for people who reply on thier chair for day to day life. I was told they don't offer any kind of loaner chair in the process as per they can't just give out chairs to everyone. Thier lack of empathy or urgency is heartbreaking. I will not be getting my next chair from them and would NOT recommend anyone to use them.
