  I have been a member for over a year and I want to give a shoutout to my girl Rya. I’ve witnessed her grow as an instructor and she is phenomenal at what she does. Her taste in music is top notch, her energy and motivation is amazing. Keep being you babe. ⭐️

  Stephen makes playlists that will keep you going, and I always burn so much during his classes. It’s worth getting out of bed for on Sunday morning!!

  My first ride at Cycle Bar was fantastic! I loved the high energy of the class; it kept me motivated. My instructor Stephen Deaderick guided the ride masterfully, pushing me to dig deep and crush my goals. The playlist was straight fire and had me boppin’ out of my saddle for 45 minutes. Loved how the intensity of the class was tied to the music. I cannot wait to ride with Stephen Deaderick at Cycle Bar again soon!

  The workout left me sweaty, and I will definitely go back for another class. Sarah did a great job engaging the riders to make the most out of their 30 min ride!
