- TVTeresa VohsenDec 29, 20252.0The teachers are great and the studio is huge - but this experience has just about ruined the studio for me. As a member, you have to give 12 hours of notice to cancel a booking or you lose the credit or get fined. I showed up to class one day and no instructor showed up. Turned out that management knew hours in advance that the instructor was sick and they didn't bother to cancel our class until 20 minutes AFTER class time. Then no one bothered to text/call/email the students who were there at class time and apologize. I understand not having a general manager, but that doesn't mean you get a pass on general courtesy.
