Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- SKStephanie KitchenApr 5, 20261.0What they don’t tell you when you schedule your appointment is that their optometrist retired and everything is virtual now, including the exam. They don’t tell you until you get back to the room after all the initial tests are done and when they’re switching the lenses for “which is better one or two” it takes so long to switch that you have no idea what the previous one was. After the exam you then have to wait for ANOTHER virtual doctor to come on and give you your results from the test. They had 3 chances to give a heads up: when I made my appointment, when I rescheduled said appointment, and when I got there. Horrible. Had I known ahead of time I would not have kept my appointment. Now I have no idea if my prescription is right or not and I can’t take another exam until next year due to insurance

The only thing I didn’t love was I was told the wrong pricing up front ($10 instead of $40) but the staff did such a good job and was so understanding that it was really easy to understand that mistakes happen and just shake it off. Highly recommend!!
