I did not want glasses I only wanted contacts but at the same time I needed bifocals. The Dr spent 3 hours on me the very 1st day working me in-between other clients. I had to try SO many contacts! But he was kind, friendly and diligent trying to get me what I needed! I had to come back several times after I tried contacts out in the world, to see if I was happy with how they worked. The staff were amazing! Cordial, friendly and always went above and beyond helping me. After several weeks I finally had contacts that worked for me!! I encourage anyone needing eye examination, glasses or contacts to go to lens crafters in the Columbia mall, they are amazing!!
