    I was billed incorrectly and I can’t get anyone to call me back or help me fix it. If this issue is resolved, I will happily remove this review because I know the care team is great. But everything after the visit has been an absolute disaster.

    I came in to collect equipment for a take-home sleep study. Everyone was exceedingly helpful and polite, and took care of everything quickly and clearly. Despite it being quite busy, they saw to me quickly. Shoutout to the front desk folks and also the gentleman in the Sleep Studies department who helped me with my equipment.

    I've been in and out of the hospital a lot since 2020. When I say that I've had a ton of experience with several different doctors, surgeon's, nurses, and everything in between, I consider myself an expert lately. Boone Hospital has treated me better as a whole than any other facility I've received care at hands down. From the second I arrived in the ER, to surgery and the care I received on the floor afterwards, it has been exceptional. I appreciate them all for the excellent care I have received, and can't thank them enough for the way my stay has went. Highly recommend!!

    “ITS A TRAP” When they offer you a discount on your bill the day of services. Do not believe them, you pay the discounted amount to save a couple hundred dollars. 2 months down the road, they hound you constantly to pay the remainder of your discount. I have waisted numerous hours explaining this to every person in billing department. And they still keep sending a bill for this so called discount. Is just a way of suckering you to pay ahead. They let me know that the amount was inaccurate for my savings. So I paid the additional 17.50. Because I believe people do make mistakes. But the rest was a discount that I was told in the beginning, when I paid in full. We were good.

    Came in for Cardiac issues (I have actual heart issues) Blood pressure was 166/114 and Heart rate 138. I was having shortness of breath and severe chest pain. Dr.Dudley didn’t have time to let me explain in between short of breath episodes to give him a run down of what cardiac issues I have. He summed it up to anxiety and I was fine. They also refused my husband to come back. (He would have been pretty helpful) they did blood work ( just had similar done not long ago) he stated everything came back fine. I know for a fact my blood wasn’t fine according to testing a few days ago. Chest xray- said that too was fine nothing on it. That’s crazy, I have 2 large nodules that are being monitored and have for a couple years now. As far as my cardiac issues I guess Congestive Heart Failure isn’t a priority and anxiety causes it. There was also a nurse who is incredibly rude and such a mean girl. At the end of the day, I’m important to my family. I’m not just a number. But I guess to them I was.
