  Went to get an MRI this morning, man, I cannot say enough about Gabriel, from checking me in to getting the MRI; these people are awesome at this place. If I could give them a 10-star ⭐. John, during the MRI, told me how long each picture was going to take, and so on; very professional. Maybe it was just first time luck here at this facility but keep it up.

  Today I had to get labs done, my husband also. We went to the basement to check in. As I walked in, a sweet lady with a short bob, asked me to come right over and helped me right away. She's a big talker, like I, so we got along right away, she was AMAZING and professional!!!! ( im sorry I forgot her name, but ill remember her face and kindness always!) In the lab " Brittany " was very kind and GREAT at her steady confidence in drawing my blood, I had like 5+ miles she had to fill and everytime she took a vile out and replaced it with another, SHE WAS SO SMOOTH AND PROFESSIONAL!!!!! We also has a good banter and I enjoyed being taken care of by her steady hands!!!! Thank you for employing people who care and have a good personality!!!! It made our concerns soooo much less!!!! My husband roly and I appreciated you both so very much!!!!

  Brittany drew some blood from me down in the lab. I had bad experiences in the past and she really put me at ease with her words, demeanor, and her gentle touch. Thanks Brittany

  I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. Everyone is kind, attentive, listens to my concerns and always gives the most wonderful customer service. My medical provider listens to my concerns, answers every question, takes my concerns to heart and is very thorough. She never rushes me. I always receive a call back in a timely manner, usually the same day. My family has used Boone Health Care for decades and will continue to do so due to the outstanding care that is provided.
