  Everything was fine when I first started there. Dr. Brashiers was super nice & really seemed to listen. Then I got switched to Annie. I had multiple issues going on with multiple surgeries coming up. I was 100 % honest with them on everything. The neurosurgeon said I wasn't a candidate for surgery or injections so meds were my only source of relief. I went to my last appointment & asked Annie to please keep me on my same meds until after my oral surgery at least. Not only did that not happen , but I received a letter of them dropping me . I went into my patient portal to see their reasoning behind this & almost fainted when I read what they had written. They said I had "Underlying Psychiatric Issues " SERIOUSLY?? Well , I contacted the people who read these reviews and comments hoping it would get me somewhere. I talked to a guy & he told me he'd look into it and get back with me the next day. We'll, it's been way over a week with no response. I've left numerous messages but still nothing. Totally unprofessional.

  I have had chronic pain for over 10 years, and the doctors at Boone Pain Management actually know what they are doing. Highly addictive pain medicine is the last resort and that is extremely refreshing since every pain management doctor has tried to treat the symptoms instead of the actual problem. The resources and the knowledge that Boone Pain Management has available will drastically help your journey with intense pain. Annie Metzger and Rachael Brashears have become a huge part of my improvement in chronic pain and muscle problems.

  I thought they were going to help me out but then call me up really rude saying you would just have to find somebody else we not going to help you no reason why it’s to the point of ready to end it doctor don’t even care anymore and dr noble is the worst person to even exist or talk with

  Ihad the pleasure of meeting Annie Metzner. Her professionalism was top notch and only exceeded by her lovely disposition. Ty Annie for being so caring and understanding to my needs.
