  I went in for a medical card all the staff and the doctor's are amazing I recommend them if u need a medical card

  Do not sign BREG form! They will double bill you for “wrist braces”, etc., after billing your insurance! I was told that I was signing to acknowledge receiving a brace! Now BREG wants me to pay $32 after Insurance paid them over $104 for this special, magical, wrist brace that BREG sells on Amazon for $21!!! Is everything a scam now? Update, now I see the Clinic wants me to call them and discuss it. THIS IS NOT UP FOR DEBATE! Second Update: Now Boone Health is trying to bill me $20, ( for Breg), acting like it’s my insurance copay! I’m not stupid, and I will fight this scam for as long as I walk the earth!
